Choices cum Feedback form for Sem -III and Sem – V Students

CHOICE OF OPTIONS FOR THE NEXT SEMESTER AND FEEDBACK OF CURRENT SEMESTER

Students proceeding to the 4th and 6th Semesters have to study some elective papers. In each such paper they have to choose between the options offered by the college.  The choice is to be made by filling up and submitting an online Choices cum Feedback Form. You need to fill feedback based on the 3rd and 5th Semesters. The form can be accessed through the following link:

Besides the college website, you may also receive this link through email, and/ or your class WhatsApp groups. However, the form is to be submitted only once. Multiple submissions will lead to the cancellation of all your forms. The last date for submitting the form is Saturday,  17th December 2022. The link will close after the last date is over. Students who fail to submit their options by this date will be compulsorily assigned papers by the college and the choice of the college will be binding on them. They will also have to pay a fine.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1.  Fill up the form carefully. If you feel the need, you can consult your teachers for guidance. You can also check out the syllabi of the different papers on the Delhi University website. Requests for change in papers will not be entertained after you have submitted the form.
  1. If you are required to study a Generic Elective (GE) paper, you will be given a choice from a number of papers. However, some of these papers may be withdrawn at a later stage. Therefore, you have been asked to give three preferences. You will be given the paper of your 1st preference. However, if this paper gets withdrawn, the college will give you the paper of your 2nd preference. If both the papers that you select as your first two preferences get withdrawn, the college will consider your 3rd preference. Hence it is important that you:

(a)      give all three preferences, and

(b)      choose a different paper for each preference.

  1. Fill in your details carefully. On submitting your form, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not get the mail immediately, it will be sent to you in two to three days. Carefully preserve the email that you receive till your exams are over.
